Art and Heritage Exhibit
About two-hundred works of art by thirty artists were displayed in the exhibition gallery at MuslimFest 2004, including paintings, photographs, sculptures, and crafts. Sixteen awards were given out in the categories of Professional Artist, Amateur Artist, Student Artist, Photographers, Craft, and Sculpture.
A special piece, a 60-year-old black cloth that ornamented the Kaba (the building towards which Muslims face five times a day, everyday, in prayer), was on display, as well as old handwritten manuscripts of the Quran.
