We invite you to partner with our 7th annual multicultural community arts and entertainment festival. MuslimFest 2010 is to be held on Saturday, July 31st and Sunday, August 1st at The Living Arts Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Voted as one of Ontario’s Top 100 Festivals by Festivals and Events Ontario for the third year, MuslimFest 2010 is expected to attract over 10,000 attendees, 250 volunteers, and 50 artists. Considering the diversity of the attendees and the uniqueness of our program, MuslimFest wishes to support an array of businesses and organizations.
Once again, vendors have the option of indoor and outdoor booths. Location preference will be given to businesses and organizations sponsoring MuslimFest 2010. The remaining spaces will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis 4 weeks before the event. Sponsors booths start at $1,200 and include some amazing marketing bonuses during and after MuslimFest. This year’s bazaar will be closed at 52 vendors only which means that space is very limited.
Many businesses have approached us already for Bazaar space before the release of this package, which tells us that we can count on our community's support to put together this unique effort.
If you are interested in taking advantage of this exciting partnership with MuslimFest, please submit the following no later than Friday, July 5th, 2010:
(a) Completed application form
(b) Signed terms and conditions form
(c) Vendor fee for bazaar space (Cheques will have to be cashed before spots are confirmed)
Our Bazaar sells out months in advance every year and we hate to keep telling people that we do not have space. So you gotta sign-up early as spaces will sell out quickly.
