Vendors are to strictly stay within their 10' x 10' tent. The only exception are food vendors in booths 1-12 who are given the full use of their 18'x18' space due to the use of heated appliances and grills, and food trucks.

Non-Food Booths
Grey Booth: 25–44, 65–67	$1,445 + HST
Pink Booth: 49–58, 61–64, 68–70	$1,495 + HST
Food Booths
Food Booth: 1–12	$2,995 + HST
Food Truck: 13	$2,995 + HST
Drink & Dessert: 46–48, 59–60	$1,895 + HST

BAZAAR APPLICATION PROCESS

On June 27, at 10:00am, the bazaar application form will be linked here. Vendor applications will be reviewed on a first-come-first-serve basis until all booth categories are filled. Vendors will be asked to describe the type of service they will be providing and what items they will have at their booths. We do our best to limit duplication where possible to just a 2-3 of each type of vendor/culture. The application form will ask you to let us know your TOP THREE booth preferences, and we will do our best to provide you one of those booths, if you are selected for our bazaar. Upon acceptance, you will have one week to complete all bazaar forms and the full payment for your booth to hold your spot.

We are currently releasing booths to sponsors, so not all the booths on the map will be available once bazaar goes live. If you would like to pursue sponsorship, please contact us at sponsorship@muslimfest.com.
